Job summary

At Work Group in Zebulon, NC is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire role on 2nd shift (M-F, 3pm-1:30am). This fast-paced warehouse position requires reliability and safety awareness, with a starting pay rate of base $14.50/hr plus a $100 attendance bonus every two weeks.

You will operate basic production machinery, perform visual quality inspections, and receive hands-on training with a mentor during your first week. Spanish & English friendly environment emphasized.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to work in a HOT environment for up to 10 hours per day.
• Experience operating CNC machinery is a bonus.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to safety.

If you enjoy working in the afternoon/evening and have experience working in the heat in a warehouse setting--this may be the job for you! We are looking for a CNC Machine operator to work at a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse in Zebulon, NC. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, communicating with supervisor/team, and keeping up with a fast paced work flow. Entry-level friendly. Spanish & English friendly.

Position: Machine Operator

Shift: 2nd shift, M-F 3pm-1:30am; optional OT weekly

Pay Rate: Base $14.50/hr. PLUS $100 attendance bonus paid every 2 weeks

Pay Schedule: Base pay, paid weekly
