Job summary

The Winn-Dixie Company is seeking a friendly cashier to join our Pensacola-area store. You will provide accurate, fast, and courteous checkout, scan and bag items, and process payments while maintaining accountability for cash and store standards.

You will operate the POS system, assist customers with unloading and bagging, and help guide them to their car. You will uphold safety and sanitation standards and assist in training new cashiers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, courteous checkout and assist customers at the lane

• Assist in stocking and loading purchases; help customers to their car
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and food handling standards; observe safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
