Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age.
Customer Service skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Basic computer skills for online training.
Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
High standard of integrity and reliability.
Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.

Responsibilities

Creates a welcoming environment and assists in cashier training.
Operates POS system and processes tenders per policy, monitoring cash handling.
Loads and bags groceries, assists with unloading, and helps load into customer vehicles.
Collects carts and maintains front-end area.
Follows safety, food handling, recall procedures and reports hazards.
