Smith's Food & Drug Centers is seeking an In-Store Grocery Shopper dedicated to fulfilling online orders with accuracy and speed. You will select and pack items for online orders, apply coupons, process payments, and ensure orders are ready for pickup, with careful attention to freshness and quality.

In this fast-paced role, you will communicate substitutions and keep customers informed at pickup, maintain clean staging areas, and follow all safety and store policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently.
• Assemble and process coupons and payments for online orders.
• Deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness of staging areas and follow food safety procedures.
• Meet productivity and customer service standards.
