Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS systems such as toast to process customer transactions efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with a positive attitude
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
• Support food handling procedures, including proper storage, food safety practices, and sanitation in the kitchen area

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided
