• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitising workstations, and adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction.
• Support food‑handling procedures by following proper hygiene practices and food‑safety regulations.
• Assist in kitchen tasks such as food preparation, stocking supplies, and supporting overall restaurant operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or quick‑service & fast‑food restaurants; restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering skills are essential.
• Strong customer‑service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food‑safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food‑handling techniques.
• Experience working in the food industry or café setting is a plus; kitchen experience is beneficial.
