Job summary

Flower Child, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring a Fast Casual Server in Meridian, Idaho. You will deliver food, share menu knowledge, and provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly, energetic setting.

Key requirements include strong teamwork, excellent communication, the ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity to lift up to 25 pounds. Weekend shifts and some holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is helpful, but teamwork and a dynamic personality matter most.

What you’ll do:

• Prior experience in a restaurant is great, but the ability to work as a team and a dynamic personality is even better.
• You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
• Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
• Deliver food to our guests, clear and clean tables, package to-go orders
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
