Job summary

Fox Restaurant Concepts’ Flower Child concept in Meridian is hiring a Fast Casual Server. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver meals in a friendly, efficient manner while representing a brand focused on healthy, real food.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and hospitality. Candidates should enjoy fast-paced service and be able to stand for long periods, with the potential for tips to supplement wages.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is helpful, but teamwork and a friendly personality are valued.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team and bring a positive, dynamic personality to the floor.
• Provide great hospitality by greeting guests and making genuine recommendations.
• Know the menu and confidently explain features and options to guests.
• Deliver food to tables, clear and reset, and assist with to-go orders.
• Stay calm and efficient in a high-volume environment during peak times.
• Respond quickly to guest requests with poise and courtesy.
• Be available to work weekends and some holidays as needed.
• Fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation.

What you’ll do:

• Prior experience in a restaurant is great, but the ability to work as a team and a dynamic personality is even better.
• You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
• Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
• Deliver food to our guests, clear and clean tables, package to-go orders
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
