Wendy's of Western Virginia is seeking energetic Crew/Team Members for locations across Roanoke and Lynchburg. You will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, prepare ingredients, assemble orders, and maintain a clean, safe dining area.

Flexible hours and competitive wages start at $12.00 per hour, with meal discounts, extensive training, and advancement opportunities. Positions are in-person, with both part-time and full-time options.

Qualifications

• Reliability is essential for timely shifts.
• Experience in serving customers is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including late nights.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the dining room or drive-thru and take orders.
