Wendy's of Western Virginia is hiring Crew/Team Members for our Lynchburg-area restaurants. You’ll greet customers, take orders, serve food, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, safe dining environment. Training is provided with opportunities to grow within the team.

Flexible schedules for part-time or full-time roles are available. Competitive hourly wages start at $12.77 per hour, with meal discounts and other perks at Wendy's locations across Roanoke and Lynchburg.

Qualifications

• Reliability is a MUST.
• Some Restaurant/Retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules that may include late nights (Most Drive-Thru's open till Midnight).
• Customer service skills with a smile.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in dining room or drive-thru.
• Taking and ringing up orders.
• Food service and handling payment.
• Prepare and store food ingredients; assemble orders.
• Check accuracy of orders and maintain a clean, safe environment.
