Job summary

Wendy's of Western Virginia is hiring Crew/Team Members for locations across Roanoke and Lynchburg. You will greet customers, take orders, process payments, prepare and assemble meals, and help keep dining and kitchen areas clean and safe.

Flexible hours, competitive wages, meal discounts, extensive training programs, and advancement opportunities are offered. Work location is in person, with both part-time and full-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Reliability is a MUST.
• Some Restaurant/Retail experience (Experienced in serving customers) but not required
• Ability to work flexible schedules that may include late nights (Most Drive-Thru's open till Midnight)
• Customer Service Skills with a Smile!
• Self-Starter

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in the dining room or drive-thru and taking and ringing up orders.
• Food service, handling payment and thanking customers.
• Prepare and store food ingredients; assemble orders; check they are correct.
• Maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
