This role partners closely with creative leadership to translate direction into content that is engaging, culturally relevant, and built for how people actually watch and interact with video content.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes video storytelling, constantly experiments with new ideas and pushes creative boundaries across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or related fields.
• Strong ability to translate ideas into compelling video content.
• Deep understanding of video craft, editing, and platform-native storytelling.
• Instinct for hooks, pacing, retention and shareability.
• Knowledge of AI/CG content creation tools and willingness to experiment.
• Proficiency in Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and familiarity with motion graphics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute video concepts in partnership with creative direction.
• Own end-to-end creation of video content—shooting, editing, producing across formats.
• Bring a strong point of view on pacing, hooks, and structure.
• Stay attuned to platform behaviors, trends, and evolving formats.
• Create high-quality content at speed and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with creative leads to elevate overall output.
• Experiment with innovative formats including interactive, AR, and trends.
