Job summary

Vintage Home is seeking a creative Content Creator & Videographer in New York to drive our digital brand presence. You will produce engaging videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, from concept through post-production, to support online and retail growth.

You will shoot, light, direct, and edit high-impact content, collaborating with marketing on product launches, store placements, and seasonal campaigns. A strong eye for aesthetics and fast-moving, consumer-focused storytelling is essential.

Qualifications

1–3 years of proven experience creating short-form video content for a brand, agency, or a personal channel.
Experience in CPG, food, or lifestyle industries preferred.
Proficiency with mirrorless cameras and mobile shooting; strong editing skills.
Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and what drives watch time, retention and shares.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, shoot, direct, and edit high-impact short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
Video Production: Handle lighting, audio, framing, and directing product close-ups and lifestyle shoots.
Post-Production Mastery: Edit with on-brand pacing, sound design, overlays, and color grading.
Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing on product launches, store placements, and seasonal campaigns.
Trend Analysis: Monitor trends and viral audio to inform content strategy.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of raw footage and final assets.
Content Standards: Ensure all content is wholesome and appropriate.
