CHANEL in New York City seeks a Manager, Fashion Client Tech Projects to lead cross-functional programs delivering client-focused technology initiatives within the Fashion division.

You will translate business needs into structured project plans, manage end-to-end delivery, and partner with Fashion Marketing, Client Engagement, Digital Client Experience and Tech to enhance the client journey. Strong Jira/Confluence experience preferred; in-person collaboration three days a week is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally with digital product exposure.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured project plans and requirements.

• Support delivery of technology initiatives that enhance client experience within Fashion.
• Drive end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring with Tech teams.
• Define scope, objectives and success metrics; create business requirements and user stories.
• Coordinate cross-functional workshops and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Maintain Jira/Confluence documentation and present status to leadership.
