Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to drive store success by delivering a positive shopping experience and building relationships with customers. You will support daily operations, enhance inventory flow, and help maximize sales while upholding brand and visual standards.

You’ll contribute to shipment processing, replenishment, and eCommerce fulfillment, with a focus on teamwork and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Has passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention and service.
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset.
• Available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
