Job summary

Nordstrom in Costa Mesa is seeking Store Support team members who enjoy fashion and delivering outstanding customer service at the point of sale.

You will assist customers by handling sales, returns and transactions; keep the department runway-ready; stay on top of fashion trends; and help with order fulfillment and pickup when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout with sales, returns and transactions while delivering excellent service.
• Provide quick, friendly service by listening to customer needs and sharing fashion insight.
• Maintain a tidy, runway-ready department by straightening, light cleaning and restocking the cash wrap area and floor.
• Stay informed on fashion trends to help customers with purchases as needed.
• Build relationships by sharing information on events, gift cards and Rewards.
