Garage Clothing in Oklahoma City seeks an Operations Assistant Manager to maximize sales by maintaining stockroom organization, managing inventory through shipments, floor replenishment, e-comm fulfillment, markdowns and merchandising to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You will drive day-to-day store operations, optimize inventory, boost sales and customer satisfaction, and ensure the brand and visual standards are consistently executed across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; asset: post-secondary education in business
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment
• Strong passion for fashion and customer service focus
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Able to adapt quickly and contribute ideas in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving
• Strong partner with teams and merchandise planning
• Social media skills and proficiency with MS Office
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
