Qualifications

• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and communicates clear expectations and holds team accountable to standards.
• Oversees opening/closing duties and merchandise flow processes.
• Supervises associates in sales, inventory receipt, cash handling, with proper floor coverage.
• Maintains merchandise presentation and loss prevention.
• Develops a high-performance culture and helps meet sales goals.
• Trains and coaches on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Assists with locate fulfillment and selling.
• Motivates and leads store teams, promotes a shared vision and inclusive teamwork.
• Delivers MAPS-based customer service and cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Builds clienteling and roster of loyal customers.
• Supports training programs and performance evaluations.
• Other duties as assigned; role may vary across brands.
