Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 0214-Peachtree Battle Promenade in Atlanta, GA. You will supervise the team, model brand standards, and foster a welcoming, customer‑centered shopping environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will lead daily operations, coach associates, manage inventory and POS activities, and collaborate with store leaders to achieve sales goals in a dynamic fashion retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds; operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni‑channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Perform cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Offer ideas to the store leadership team and help foster a collaborative environment.
