Job summary

Garage Clothing, Denver store, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and sales leadership. You will guide a high-performing team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive both in-store and online traffic while maintaining brand standards.

You will contribute to inventory management, shipments, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment, with a focus on a positive shopping experience and actionable store improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience in fashion retail or equivalent.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented.
• Demonstrate solving skills and decision making abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility, urgency, and ability to respond to changing business needs.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Social media skills, mobile device skills, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and lead a high-performing team to drive sales and traffic on the floor and online.
• Promote a positive shopping experience for every customer.
• Contribute to inventory management, shipments, replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
• Maintain brand, visual, and merchandising standards and directives in-store.
