Qualifications

• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and oversee daily store operations.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom to ensure excellent service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll related activities.
• Train and develop non-management staff and coach team members.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales through brand storytelling.
• Build and maintain compelling visual displays and floor plans.
• Analyze reports to inform merchandising and staffing decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory control.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and uphold company values.
