Uptown Cheapskate Cypress seeks a Fashion Shift Lead/Keyholder to supervise daily store operations and ensure a welcoming sales floor. You will assist with opening/closing, coaching staff, and maintaining brand-aligned processes.

Role includes helping with buying, pricing, and inventory standards, plus delivering excellent customer service and supporting visual merchandising. You will work flexible hours in a dynamic resale fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or resale fashion, with strong customer service.
• Leadership ability to train, motivate, and support team members.
• Clear, professional communication skills for diverse environments.
• Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems; willingness to learn store-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
