Uptown Cheapskate Cypress is seeking a Fashion Shift Lead/ Keyholder to supervise daily store operations on-site. You’ll help open and close the store, lead a team, and ensure a welcoming sales floor while evaluating items for buying and pricing according to brand standards.

This role emphasizes customer service, training teammates, and maintaining inventory with a focus on fashion trends and sustainable resale.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or resale fashion is a must; strong customer service and store operations.
• Leadership skills to train, motivate, and support a diverse team.
• Interest in fashion trends and sustainable resale with eye for quality.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Comfort with POS systems; willing to learn store software.
• Availability days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous supervisory experience; Buy-Sell-Trade experience is appreciated.
