Job summary

Talbots in Longmeadow, MA is seeking a part-time sales associate to provide an exceptional customer service experience and promote the Talbots brand. You will assist management, engage customers with fashion knowledge, and help build strong relationships through personalized styling and product recommendations.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise and possess a love of fashion.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Take an active role in assisting the management team to build store business.
• Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Service multiple customers at a time, multi-task and/or handle projects simultaneously.
