Talbots in Newburyport, MA is seeking a Regular/Part-time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote our products. You will assist management to grow the store business, and use Concierge and other service enhancers to strengthen client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring a love of fashion, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting while staying informed on trends and arrivals.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Love of fashion and flair for styling.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Take an active role in assisting the management team to build store business.
• Support all service enhancers to build relationships including Concierge usage.
• Service multiple customers at a time and multi-task on projects.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge (fit, color, fashion).
• Use knowledge to create outfits and match items to customer needs.
• Participate in learning opportunities and respond to direction and feedback.
• Hit sales and service metrics in key areas like clientelling and outreach.
• Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, recovery, etc.
