rag & bone, Inc. in Austin invites a Sales Specialist to deliver a premium in-store experience and maintain a selling focus across all customer interactions.

You will use in-depth product knowledge and clienteling to meet store goals, support visuals on floor sets, and accurately process POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Ability to provide product knowledge and clienteling.
• Availability for a full-time schedule (32–40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and clienteling.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Emulate brand aesthetic and fashion sense.
• Support Visual Merchandising on floor sets and window changes.
• Process Point of Sale transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
