Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Specialist in our Austin store to deliver a best-in-class customer experience through deep product knowledge and authentic clienteling. You will meet store goals, emulate the brand aesthetic, and support inventory, POS transactions, and floor-set initiatives as needed.

You must be comfortable working full-time (32–40 hours) and be motivated by commission opportunities that can enhance total compensation. A passion for fashion and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time 32–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service through product knowledge and clienteling.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Emulate brand aesthetic and fashion sense.
• Support brand initiatives and policies.
• Assist Visual Merchandising on on-floor changes as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Process Point of Sale transactions accurately.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store atmosphere.
