rag & bone is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our busy store, delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience and maintaining excellent product knowledge to support selling goals. You will embody the brand aesthetic in every client interaction.

The role is full-time (32–40 hours/week) with commission eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package including clothing allowance, generous employee discount, PTO, health options, 401k, and parental leave.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service through product knowledge and clienteling.
• Meet or exceed store and metric goals.
• Embody rag & bone aesthetics in every interaction and window into the brand.
• Support Visual Merchandising for floor sets and window changes as needed.
• Assist with inventory and stock management and POS transactions.
