• In Women's Apparel, help customers build a wardrobe that works for real life, from everyday pieces to special occasions.
• In Shoes, help customers find the perfect footwear through personalized service and product expertise.
• In Men's Apparel, help customers build complete wardrobes across sportswear to finishing pieces.
• In Kids Apparel & Shoes, create a fun, welcoming shopping experience and guide sizing.
• In Jewelry, Handbags, Accessories & Luggage, educate customers on features and materials.
• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every interaction and build a personal customer base.
• Keep the department customer-ready and participate in inventory and re-merchandising.
