Oniverse is seeking a Sales Lead for our U.S. boutiques. You will build genuine relationships with clients, convert walk-ins, and share fashion tips while maintaining high standards of service. The role reports to the Boutique Manager and rewards performance with a base salary plus monthly bonus.

A strong combination of customer service, fashion knowledge, and team collaboration is essential to succeed and help drive store KPIs. This role offers growth opportunities across US openings.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; 3–4 years of contemporary fashion retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service standards and selling techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Able to lift 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients and increase conversion.
• Capture customer information and follow up.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales goals with Store Manager.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
• Operate POS system and process procedures.
• Assist with stock and replenishment.
