Job summary

Oniverse is seeking a Sales Lead for its New York boutique to deliver exceptional customer service, drive conversions, and mentor teammates. You will convert walk-in traffic into brand ambassadors by sharing fashion tips and maintaining high professionalism.

The role requires 3–4 years in contemporary fashion retail, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. A rewarding bonus structure is included alongside base pay.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US.
• 3–4 years of contemporary fashion retail experience.
• High level customer service and selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to raise service levels and exceed client expectations.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.
• Capture customers’ information and follow up via phone and email.
• Manage client books and follow up on inquiries and product care instructions.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with the Store Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Inspire others with fashion expertise and build partnerships in a team-focused environment.
• Support managers in store operations, replenishment, markdowns, and KPI tracking.
• Operate the POS system and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Uphold store cleanliness and visual standards.
