Oniverse seeks a Sales Lead to deliver exceptional client service, convert walk-ins, and drive revenue across our boutique. You will mentor teammates, share fashion tips, and uphold brand values while managing client books and daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the US for any employer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to raise the level of service.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.
• Client Book Management including follow up with clients regarding their shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Use fashion expertise to inspire others and build partnerships in a team-focused environment.
• Support managers in maximizing efficiency in in-store operations, such as replenishment and markdowns.
• Operate POS system and conduct opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
