Oniverse in Hoboken seeks a Sales Lead to deliver exceptional client service while driving sales and building brand loyalty. You will mentor teammates, convert walk-ins into ambassadors, and provide fashion guidance with a professional, upbeat demeanor.

You will manage client books, exceed personal sales goals, support store operations, and maintain store visuals and cleanliness, collaborating with management to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in luxury/fashion retail preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities
