The Sales Lead collaborates with the Boutique Manager to achieve KPIs, maintain visual standards, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. A positive, goal-oriented attitude and readiness to engage guests are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful outreach.
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to raise service levels and exceed client expectations.
• Capture customer information and perform follow-up communications via phone and written channels.
• Manage client book and follow up on shopping experiences and product care inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager guidance.
• Know the product well to maximize sales opportunities and advise guests on benefits.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and seasonal markdowns; maintain store standards.
• Operate POS system and follow opening/closing procedures; maintain store cleanliness.
