Oniverse at Westfarms in West Hartford, CT is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales with a fashion-forward approach. You will mentor teammates, engage with guests, and convert walk-ins into loyal Intimissimi ambassadors while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Base duties include POS operation, client book management, and teamwork across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in customer service and retail preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with clients and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients and outreach consistently.
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude to raise service levels beyond client expectations.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.
• Capture customer information and follow up via phone and written contact.
• Manage client book and follow up on shopping experience and product care inquiries.
• Meet and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with the Store Manager.
• possess strong product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Utilize fashion expertise to inspire guests and collaborate with team.
• Support store operations, replenishment, markdowns, and visual standards.
• Use internal systems to track KPIs and support store leadership.
