Job summary

Oniverse boutique in San Juan is seeking a Sales Lead focused on exceptional client service, fashion expertise, and driving revenue. You will mentor teammates, develop client books, and convert walk-ins into brand ambassadors while delivering polished professional service daily.

You will assist with stock, visuals, POS operations, and collaborate with the Manager to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting, with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Eligibility to work in the US for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful outreach.
• Capture customer information and perform follow-up communications.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager.
• Demonstrate full product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Operate POS system and maintain store cleanliness and standards.
