Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of contemporary fashion retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients through outreach.
• Exceed client expectations with proactive service.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.
• Manage client books and follow-up communications.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales goals with store manager.
• Utilize fashion expertise to inspire guests and build partnerships.
• Assist with stock replenishment and seasonal markdowns.
• Operate POS system and handle opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
