Talbots in Houston is seeking a part-time retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service and style guidance. You will assist the management team to grow store business, promote the Talbots brand, and help customers with outfit coordination and product knowledge.

The role requires fashion passion, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, at Store 04912 Houston TX Prem Out-Houston,TX 77096.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Open availability of 15–20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience and promote products.
• Assist management in building store business and customer relationships.
• Support service enhancers to build brand loyalty and use Concierge where applicable.
• Serve multiple customers, multitask, and handle projects simultaneously.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, product knowledge, and outfit matching.
• Aim to meet sales and service metrics, including clientelling and outreach.
• Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, and recovery.
