Job summary

Talbots Nashua is seeking a part-time associate to deliver outstanding customer service and fashion guidance in a fast-paced store environment. You will help customers with styling, recommendations and outfit creation while supporting daily store operations.

Ideal candidates bring a love for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. This on-site role offers flexible evening/weekend hours and a generous merchandise discount.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, especially in fashion
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced store environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build brand relationships
• Assist management in daily store operations and visual merchandising
• Use product knowledge to create outfits and suggest matches for customers
• Contribute to achieving sales and service metrics and clienteling activities
• Handle multiple customers and tasks with focus and courtesy
• Assist with orders, replenishment and store recovery tasks
