Talbots in Gig Harbor is seeking a part-time associate to deliver exceptional customer service, build brand relationships, and assist the management team in growing store business. You will leverage fashion knowledge to craft outfits, stay current on arrivals and trends, and support concierge initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Take an active role in assisting the management team to build store business.
• Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships including Concierge.
• Serve multiple customers at a time and handle projects simultaneously.
• Be aware of fashion trends and knowledge of arrivals, fit, color and fashion.
• Use product knowledge to create outfits and match customer needs.
• Maximize performance through learning opportunities and feedback.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in clientelling/outreach and appointments.
• Complete projects including orders filling, replenishment, recovery.
