Job summary

The Talbots LLC is seeking a part-time store associate in our Haverford, PA location. You will deliver friendly, fashion-forward service, help customers build outfits, and support store operations to drive sales.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and teamwork. Ideal candidates are passionate about fashion, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail setting, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise and possess a love of fashion.
• Driven to create, build and cultivate relationships.
• Ambition and teamwork orientation with goal-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication and integrity.
• Tech competency to navigate computer/iPad/handheld systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to bend, reach, lift at least 40 lbs.
• Open availability 15–20 hours per week.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Support management in building store business and delivering service excellence.
• Assist with Concierge and other service enhancers to strengthen client relationships.
• Service multiple customers, multitask, and handle projects.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and new arrivals to advise customers.
• Use product knowledge to create outfits and suggest matching items.
• Strive to meet sales and service metrics through clientelling and outreach.
• Complete operational tasks such as filling orders and replenishment.
