Qualifications

• Demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise and love of fashion.
• Develop relationships and build customer connections.
• Strong ambition and teamwork; thrives in store environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and integrity.
• Able to navigate computer/iPad/handheld systems.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote the product.
• Assist management to build store business.
• Support service enhancers to build relationships with Concierge.
• Service multiple customers and multi-task.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and new arrivals.
• Create outfits using product knowledge and suggest items.
• Aim for sales and service metrics through clientelling and outreach.
• Complete projects including replenishment and orders.
