Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team to build store business.
• Support service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Service multiple customers at a time, multi-task and handle projects.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and new arrivals with product knowledge on fit, color and style.
• Create outfits for customers and suggest items to meet needs.
• Aim to maximize personal performance through coaching and feedback.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in clientelling/outreach and appointments.
