Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience and promote products.
• Support store management to help grow the business and meet service goals.
• Leverage service tools to build relationships with clients and shoppers.
• Handle multiple customers, multi-task and complete operational tasks as needed.
• Keep up-to-date on fashion trends and new arrivals, and assist customers with styling.
• Create outfits and suggest items to meet customers’ needs and preferences.
• Contribute to achieving sales and service metrics through clientelling and appointments.
• Complete tasks such as filling orders, replenishment and recovery.
