Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes products and builds brand relationships.
• Assist management to build store business.
• Serve multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and arrivals; know product fit/colors.
• Use knowledge to create outfits and suggest items to match needs.
• Maintain positive relationships to support a productive environment.
• Communicate store information to management to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas.
• Pursue learning opportunities and accept coaching and feedback.
• Meet metrics including Talbots Classic Awards.
• Support inventory policies: filling orders, recalls, replenishment, re-tickets.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to serve customers and the business.
• May lead others, open/close the store as needed.
• Understand customer needs through curious, confident conversations.
