Talbots in Roseville, MN is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and stylish dressing solutions. You will assist management to grow store business, stay current with fashion trends, and create outfits for clients using product knowledge.

Responsibilities include multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization, and supporting concierge services. Flexible availability for 15–20 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes products and builds brand relationships.
• Assist management to build store business.

• Stay updated on fashion trends and arrivals with product knowledge.
• Use fashion knowledge to create outfits and match items.
• Aim to meet sales and service metrics (clientelling, appointments, awards).
• Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, recovery.
