Job summary

The Talbots LLC is seeking a customer-focused retail associate for our Johnson City store. You will provide an exceptional shopping experience, assist customers with product selection, and collaborate with the store team to drive sales and brand presence.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications
