• Use knowledge to create outfits and suggest matching items.
• Develop positive working relationships to support a productive environment.
• Proactively communicate store information to management to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas.
• Plan tasks to meet customer and business needs; lead occasionally and open/close the store.
