Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Designated Selling Associate in Oak Brook, IL. You will work one-on-one with customers and drive sales through in-store and digital channels, delivering fashion guidance and exceptional service.

You will build relationships, educate customers on trends, and participate in product knowledge sessions with teammates to elevate store performance. Flexibility and teamwork are essential in this dynamic consumer environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set and achieve sales goals, for in-store and digital selling with use of selling tools and reservations.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style, fit and value of items.
• Attend meetings and trainings to build product knowledge.
• Lead product knowledge sessions with DSAs, Stylists, and other departments.
• Drive sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and through customer engagement.
