Job summary

H&M in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, welcome and guide customers, and actively sell products while sharing fashion knowledge. You will support garment care, maintain tidy sales floors, and collaborate with the team to provide an excellent shopping experience.

You’ll engage customers, promote the Hello Member loyalty app, and participate in store operations, merchandising, and omni-channel services where available.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to guide customers through products and fashion trends
• Effective communication and conversational selling skills
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store using the Omni experience where available
• Promote and sell products, build relationships and represent the H&M brand positively
• Contribute to store presentation, merchandising and back-of-house cleanliness
• Support store operations, stock replenishment and opening/closing procedures
• Engage with customers to drive loyalty program sign-ups and sustainability initiatives
